1.Applicant who is 20 years old or above and has never registered as a member of FX Traveller Exclusive can join us to become a member.
2.Members can stay at any of the FX Hotels at a special room rate with membership card, and accumulate the points in proportion of the relative membership level at the same time. (the accumulated points are only for room rate)
3.In order to guarantee that you can enjoy member exclusive services, please provide correct information on name, valid document, mobile phone number and e-mail address when applying for membership.

The validity period of FX Hotel Group membership shall be two years. If there is any consuming record within two years after registration, membership can be extended for another two years upon expiry of the membership card benefits. However, no consuming record at all within the validity period may result in the termination of membership.

1.Membership cards are available to card holders only and shall not be transferred. Reward Points for Room Reservation for Other People, please refer to the following form.
2.There will be no annual membership fee. If members have no consuming record within two years of validity period, they will be be regarded as disqualifications.

FX Hotel Group may change member terms of service depends on situations. If members disagree any part of the terms, they have the following rights:
A.cancel a membership
B.Notify FX Hotel Group to cancel your membership. Once you cancel it, your membership will terminate immediately, and FX Hotel Group will not assume the rights and obligations.
C.Member can be restored and maintain same membership level without extra fee.

1. When members check in at any hotel of the FX Hotel Group, they can enjoy special room rate and credit if showing membership number and valid document at time of check-in at the hotel front desk.
2. In the event that members forget their membership number, the member still can enjoy special room rate and credit at time of check-in at the hotel front desk.
3. Members can only book 3 rooms(maximum) with membership card (including all membership cards of FX Hotel Group). All booked rooms will be charged with member discount rates if qualified. However, point accumulation and late check-out time are only available for one room only and the member must check in personally at the hotel. Non-member cannot enjoy any discount and point accumulation.

1.Membership cards are available to card holders only and shall not be transferred.

2.For group or long-term private room booking, points can be accumulated only for member room rate.

3.Membership credits cannot be accumulated or transferred between two membership cards.

4.Member’s accumulated points are valid for two years. In the event that points are not redeemed before they expire, these points shall be considered being given up by the member and all points will be deducted from the membership card. For example: points are granted to member account on June 5, 2016. If these points are not redeemed prior to June 4, 2016, all points will be deducted from the member account.

5.Redemption of membership points shall follow the rules of “points gained first shall be redeemed first.” For example: 5000 points are gained before January, 2016 and 6000 points are gained from June to September, 2016. If 5000 points are to be redeemed for a free room for one night in October, 2016, the points gained before January, 2016 shall be redeemed first.

1.To check member card points, the following basic information is required: name, valid document, mobile phone number and e-mail address.
2.Members can check personal membership information by means of the following ways:
A.Hotel Front Desk: Member can inquire service staff of FX Hotel to check membership information for the member.
B.FX Hotel Group Website: Member can log onto hotel website at www.fxhotels.com.tw for Taiwan region to inquire personal membership information.
C.Customer Service Hotline: Member can call 24-hour Customer Service Reservation Center at 0800-313-313 to inquire personal membership information.

“Free room redemption” only refers to redemption of a free TRENDY room of FX Hotel Group. If free room redemption is required, the member must call in advance the 24-hour Customer Service Reservation Center at 0800-313-313 (toll-free hotline for Taiwan region) to make a reservation in order to be accommodated properly.

1.The latest holding time for change or cancellation of point-redeemed free accommodation is 18:00 on the day of member’s arrival. Otherwise, it shall be considered a regular check-in and corresponding points shall be deducted for free room redemption.

2.During the period of exhibitions (such as Bicycle Show, Computer Show, etc.) and special holidays (such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year, etc.) in Taiwan, membership points cannot be redeemed for free accommodation.

3.During special holidays, membership points cannot be redeemed for free accommodation.

4.If free accommodation is received through membership point redemption, the member cannot enjoy any other member benefit services and rights.

5.Membership point redemption for free accommodation must be confirmed before check-in; otherwise, it shall be regarded as a regular check-in and the member has to pay for room rate.

6.Once membership points are redeemed for a free room, the redeemed points are not refundable.

7.In order to ensure the rights of our members, if members wish to redeem their own membership points to get free rooms for their friends, members must personally accompany their friends to check into the hotel.

Member of FX Traveller Exclusive may inquire details on point redemption for gifts by visiting FX Hotel Group website at www.fxhotels.com.tw for Taiwan region. The higher the points, the more valuable the redeemed gift item.

1.Pictures of gifts for redemption shown on website are for reference only. The specific gift depends on the item actually received. Gifts may be changed from time to time. Quantities are limited until supplies last.

2.Invoice will not be issued for any gift received through membership point redemption.

3.Gift redemption must be done by the member personally. The member should call the customer service first for gift redemption. Once the redemption is confirmed, membership points will be deducted from the membership card, and the member cannot request for exchange or return of redeemed points.

4.According to inventory conditions, gifts may not be delivered on time. In the event of a national holiday or force majeure, gift redemption period may be extended (extension will not exceed one month).

5.Gifts are distributed to Taiwan only. (including Penghu, Kinmen and Matzu)

6.In the event of quality problem of a redeemed gift, members can call 24-hour Customer Service Reservation Center at 0800-313-313 (toll-free hotline for Taiwan region) to request for an exchange. When the exchange is confirmed after going through investigation and it is indeed a quality problem of the gift, we will offer another gift.

7.If the received gift is inconsistent with the actual redeemed gift or there is damage to the received gift, members should reject the delivery on the spot and return it. Members should contact customer service unit of gift redemption with respect to the situation. Otherwise, FX Hotel Group has the right to reject any request of exchanging gifts.

8.For gift redemption of 35000 membership points, members need to fax request for confirmation. Please fax a photocopy of your ID Card, membership card number, gift mailing address, postal code, addressee, contact phone number and name of the gift to be redeemed to FX Hotel Group at fax number (886-2) 2718-7577 (for Taiwan region). After receiving all documents, customer service center will confirm your requirement. In the event that the redeemed gift fails to reach destination correctly due to error in mailing address or other data provided customers, FX Hotel Group shall bear no responsibility for the situation.

9.In the event that the redeemed gift is stilled not received within 30 days after delivery, please contact customer service center of FX Hotel Group to get a photocopy of parcel shipping list or tracking number of registered mail to track the whereabouts of the parcel or registered mail in order to avoid the gift being stranded in the post office.

1. Members can change personal information by logging into member account at hotel website www.fxhotels.com.tw for Taiwan region.

2.Membership cannot be transferred and name of membership card also cannot be changed. In the event that any member insists on changing name, FX Hotel Group has the rights to refuse providing such name change services.
3.Suspension of Membership

In the event that membership needs to be suspended, one of the following two ways can be selected to handle the matter:

A.If there is no consuming record within validity period, FX Hotel Group reserves the right to change or terminate rights of the member and the case shall be regarded as an automatic surrender of membership.

B.Any member can call the 24-hour Customer Service Reservation Center at 0800-313-313 (toll free hotline for Taiwan region) to surrender membership.

Note: During the period of membership suspension, the member can apply free of charge for reinstating to the membership class prior to membership suspension.
